House rules

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

– Loud noise is not permitted after 23:00. Please respect your neighbors.

– Loud noise in the stairway is not permitted at any time, especially after 23:00. Again, please be respectful of the nieghbors.

– Do not rearrange the furniture.

– Smoking is never permitted inside the apartment.

– Place toilet paper only in the toilet.

– The apartment is not available for parties of any kind, especially pre-wedding or to futbol team fans for matches played in florence.

– Illegal activities are not permitted.

– Pets are not allowed.

– Do not use the washing machine after 22:00 pm

BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE:

– All garbage must be removed from the apartment.
– All dishes must be washed and clean.
– All lights and the air conditioning, in summer, must be turned off.
– All the apartment’s shutters, windows and doors must be closed.
– Dirty towels are on the bathroom floor and any clean towels are folded on the bed.
– The keys are returned to the apartment manager.

REASONS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT MAY NOT BE RETURNED:

– The apartment is not vacated at the checkout time on the day of departure.
– Failure to comply with “Before Your Departure” conditions.
– Damage caused to the furniture and/or the equipment in the apartment.
– Additional people than agreed to in the contract and/or booking stay at the apartment.
– House Rules have been violated.
